Our Thoughts
Overall we found this to be a very nice generator that did what we purchased it for.
The remote start was a big plus!
When delivered there were a few problems like the usb port had broken due to rough handling during shipping and the on board battery had leaked. But as stated this was a shipping issue. I do think the usb port could be of better quality.
After contacting customer support I was sent a new usb port and battery, no questions ask.
Would I buy it again? Yes, it’s a hard deal to beat for what you get.
